Baseline MSK risk before it becomes a claim.
Rugged converts frontline risk signals into prioritised hotspots by role and task — plus an auditable WHS governance trail — with minimal operational disruption. The 60-day pilot is a low-friction way to baseline before you commit to anything bigger.
Productised · low-friction
Four steps. Plain language. No platform theatre.
A proactive MSK risk visibility system that turns frontline inputs into prioritised action and an auditable WHS governance trail — starting with MSK and expanding to other WHS domains.
Capture early signals
Workers complete short, role-relevant check-ins designed for high participation — not long surveys.
Convert inputs to visibility
Rugged processes inputs into consistent, auditable risk signals and bands — same inputs, same output, always.
Prioritise hotspots
See where MSK risk is actually concentrated, so you can target controls — not roll out blanket programs.
Record the governance trail
Intervention decisions and review actions are recorded for defensible WHS governance and reporting.
Productised means defined.
Both sides know exactly what’s delivered during the 60-day window, what’s required from you, and what stays optional (and pay-per-use).
What you get
- Platform access (up to 15 users)
- Role configuration + onboarding support
- Baseline MSK risk visibility output
- Priority hotspot summary — by role, task, domain
- Action recommendations and targeted controls
- Governance evidence pack — audit-ready trail
What stays optional
- Early intervention support (pay-per-use)
- Activated only when you approve a flagged case
- Usage spend cap available for budget certainty
- Expansion beyond 15 users (post-pilot)
- Additional WHS domain tools (post-pilot)
The Rugged Pilot Guarantee.
Four written commitments that govern every pilot we run. Signed personally. If we don’t deliver against any of them, the consequence is stated — not negotiable.
Deliverables guaranteed
You receive your baseline, prioritised hotspots, action recommendations, and governance evidence pack by day 60 — or no platform or EI fees apply. Full stop.
Fit-first integrity
If we determine Rugged isn’t the right fit for your environment at any point during the pilot, we say so directly and pause the engagement. No commercial pressure to continue.
Decision authority preserved
Every action — case escalation, EI delivery, intervention pathway — requires your explicit human approval. No automated decisions about your workforce. Ever.
Data sovereignty
Your data is tenant-isolated. Full data export at any time. If you don’t continue, all data is deleted within 30 days — verifiable on request.
Transparent. Zero platform fee during the pilot.
No setup fee. No platform charge during the 60 days. The only variable cost is early intervention — and only the cases you’ve approved. A usage cap is available for budget certainty.
Setup, configuration, baseline, hotspot analysis, action recommendations, and the governance evidence pack are all included. You only pay for approved early intervention below.
EI is delivered as productised, outcome-based work — not billable hours. Each intervention is signal-triggered, human-approved, and recorded in your evidence trail. Choose the tier that matches the case acuity.
Most teams start with the pilot. Some skip to the platform.
The pilot exists to prove value with low commitment. If you already know you want the full platform — same engine, more users, more domains — you can skip ahead and we’ll scope it directly.
Start with the 60-day pilot
Low risk. Low friction. Free platform during the window. You’ll see the baseline, the hotspots, and the governance trail before deciding on anything wider.
- Free platform · max 15 users
- Baseline + prioritised hotspots
- Governance evidence pack delivered
- Decision at day 60: continue · expand · pause
Skip to the full platform
If MSK exposure is already mapped and you’re ready to deploy the system organisation-wide, we’ll scope the full platform directly — including additional WHS domains and user tiers.
- Beyond 15 users
- Multiple WHS domains
- Cross-site deployment
- Custom integration scoping
Who the pilot is — and isn’t — for.
This is you
- WHS leaders who want proactive visibility, not just lagging injury data
- Operations leaders who want targeted controls without site-wide noise
- Organisations with repeated manual-handling strains or unclear role/task priorities
- Teams with authority to approve early-intervention cases during the pilot
- Sites that want a defensible audit trail for WHS, board, or regulator review
Hold off if
- You want a “tick-the-box” compliance program
- The team is unwilling to act on prioritised hotspots once identified
- You’re looking for diagnosis, fitness-for-work calls, or medical advice
- You need automation of decisions — Rugged doesn’t, by design
- You can’t approve any spend during the pilot, even pay-per-use EI
Common questions, answered plainly.
Does this replace manual handling training?
No. Rugged is a prevention and governance system that helps you target controls and actions. Training can be part of the action layer after priorities are clear — but it’s no longer the default first move.
Is this medical or diagnostic?
No. Rugged is decision-support only. It does not diagnose injuries or collect medical records. Risk signals support WHS decisions; humans make the calls.
Is this fitness-for-work?
No. It is not designed for fit / unfit determinations. It supports risk visibility and proactive prevention decisions.
Will workers see their own risk labels?
Risk visibility is governed and role-based. Outputs are designed for WHS governance and operational decision-making — not surfaced as individual scores to workers.
What does “pay-per-use early intervention” actually mean?
EI is delivered as productised, outcome-based work — not billable hours. When a case is flagged and you approve action, an AEP delivers one of two tiers: a Targeted Intervention ($150) for lower-acuity cases, or a Full Capacity Programme ($450) covering assessment, treatment, rehab plan, capacity-building, and education for higher-acuity cases. You only pay for cases you’ve approved. Usage caps are available for budget certainty.
What happens after day 60?
Three options: continue at standard platform pricing, expand into the full system (more users, more WHS domains), or pause with no obligation. You hold the decision.
Signals recommend. Humans decide. Actions are recorded. Evidence is auditable.
Book a 15-minute
pilot scope call.
15 minutes is enough to confirm fit, define success metrics, and tell you whether the pilot is the right next step — or whether you’re already ready for the full platform. No prep, no slide deck. Just a clear conversation.
